St James Updates

  • St. James Church’s Status re UMC: St. James has completed the discernment process and on July 23, 2023, held a Church Conference for the purpose of determining whether we would disaffiliate from the United Methodist Church. The membership voted 166-8 (95.4%) to leave the UMC.We are now awaiting the special called Annual Conference of North Georgia scheduled for November 18, 2023, for the vote that allows our separation.
  • LIVESTREAM: We livestream the 11 o’clock service via Facebook for our shut-in members and those that are out of town—click here to watch.  Additionally, the Sunday morning messages are available on demand on our website at under the Teachings tab.
